- Sharpened the offer sitewide: every call answered, one business per trade per area, built in 30 days.
- Opened the owner dashboard: every lead, score run, and improvement in one place, with this work log inside it.
- Started tracking which businesses AI assistants recommend for our buyers' questions, and recorded our honest starting point: zero mentions. The climb is public.
- Published answers to the questions owners actually ask, including how to get your business recommended by ChatGPT.
- Rewrote the whole site in plain language. If a sentence needed a marketing degree to understand, it got rewritten.
- Made the homepage paint instantly on a phone by moving everything heavy out of the first moments of the load.
- Built a page for every area and trade we serve across the Atlanta metro: 120 local pages, each written for its actual neighborhoods and housing.
