Every job gets one owner and its own tool

AI agent doing another agent's job, wrong video model, AI actor looks fake

1What happened

Our video AI agent made a set of ads with AI actors on camera. That work belongs to a different AI agent on our team, the one that makes creator-style videos and knows which video models make a person look natural.

The video agent used a weaker model. The people looked fake, the owner turned the ads down, and the render spend was wasted.

2What we did

  1. We added one line to the video agent's rules: an ad with an AI person on camera goes to the creator-video agent, the same hour it comes in.

  2. The video agent can still check the editing on those ads when asked. It never builds them.

  3. Each agent picks the model for each job from its own tested list, not from habit.

3How we checked

In the four days after the fix, the video agent made zero AI-actor videos. Each request for one went straight to the right agent. A second agent read the new line back from the live rules before we closed the issue.

4Try it

Write down one owner for each kind of work, and hand anything outside your list to its owner the same hour.
